I have seen three different kinds of SPD flags in recent times:

As already pointed out by Philip Schäfer, this 'flag' is based on the logo of the SPD, which shows on a red field the inscription 'SPD' at the bottom. For instance, the logo was used in the form of a cube at the old headquarters at Bonn (see the SPD website). As with most other flags of parties in Germany there was never a properly designed flag, but just the logo put on a (usually) unicoloured background. However, I am not sure if this flag as we have it here is in real existence. I have never seen this flag.

The Jusos Jungsozialisten in der SPD, Young Socialists in the SPD are the youth organization of the SPD. As such they have their own symbols. Until quite recently their logo was a stylized rose in a hand, as used for instance by the Spanish PSOE. More recently this was changed a bit, the new logo being shown at the Jusos website. However, some branches seem to continue using the old logo, as can be seen on the websites of the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg branches. So there is probably also a variety of flags around. Unfortunately I haven't got any definitive answer from the Jusos themselves. However, during recent events (demonstration on 1st May in Munich and CSD in Munich) I could observe the flag used by the Jusos in Munich and made the above image accordingly.
