Draveil is a city of ca. 40,000 inhabitants located on the Seine river, south-east of Paris

The Yacht Club de Draveil has a burgee horizontally divided blue-white-blue (~ 1:2:1) with the red letters YCD, YD being inscribed in an oval-shaped C.
